He has had further training in CBT, EMDR and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. He has extensive experience working in the NHS in complex adult mental health and in private practice. He specialises in sadness, trauma, depression and relationship problems, as well as the specific obstacles faced by women, men and transgender people dealing with external reality. Dr David Gracey PhD, DPsych, PgDipCBT, AFBPsS, BPS and HCPC reg.
David is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who trained at the Institute of Psychiatry. He has extensive experience of working in NHS settings alongside his private practice.
David’s main approaches are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. His special interests include: treatment for anxiety disorders (panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety and phobias) and mindfulness-based approaches to the treatment of depression. David practices in Central London -Snow Hill Court & Wimpole Street as well as in the Clapham area (South London).
David sees clients Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursday (08:00 - 13:00), Friday (08:00 – 12:00) & Saturday (09:00 - 13:00) and is currently seeing clients online.

Steve is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health Professions Council (UK). He practises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness Therapy.
He has a special interest in treating Anxiety Disorders including PTSD, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Phobias, Depression, Bereavement, Self-Esteem, Relationship Difficulties and Addictions.

Ken Palmer BA (Hons) PGCE Dip Counselling MBACP
Born in Plymouth, Ken Palmer grew up with a passion for astronomy and science before switching his studies to the Arts. After leaving Birmingham University with a degree in Drama and Theatre Arts, Ken helped set up a theatre company based in the Midlands; directing and acting in numerous plays.
After studying English and Education at Oxford University, he has spent much of the last thirty years working both in secondary schools and in higher education; in pastoral roles alongside teaching Drama and English. He has directed over 40 plays and musicals. He now runs a Drama School for young people in Oxford.
In the late 90’s Ken trained at Oxford Brooks in Psychodynamic Counselling and has practices in both London and Oxford. Although starting his professional therapy work in anxiety and depression with adolescents, he has moved towards a more integrative approach in the last 15 years, combining both Psychodynamic and Person Centred principles. More recently he completed 2 years studying Mindfulness based CBT at Oxford Brooks.
Ken still specialises in adolescence and young people as well as adult anxieties that centre around work related issues, relationships and seeking personal direction and meaning in ones life.
He is happy to see people both in person and on line. Ken only sees self-funding clients.

Dr Vanessa Pilkington is a chartered psychologist with substantial experience working with emotionally distressed clients experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, addiction, stress, trauma, bereavement, psychosomatic issues, relational and marital/family difficulties and general adjustment disorders.
She worked in the NHS for 10 years before setting up private practice in 2011. Her interests include the varying ways people experience emotional suffering that comes to be diagnosed as a psychological disorder and has completed PhD research in depression.

Amanda Stevens Dip Counselling (Dist) MBACP (Co-founder and Director)
Amanda's core training is Person-Centred and Psychodynamic with further training in CBT.
Amanda believes therapy is a collaborative enterprise. She values the whole client and appreciates the quality of the therapeutic relationship to aid self-understanding, wellbeing and growth. Therapy can involve gaining an understanding of family and childhood experiences and life events. Amanda works in a non-judgemental way.
Amanda sees people who want help to make sense of what might be happening to them. Areas of interest: bereavement, depression, anxiety, stress including work-related stress, relational & marital issues, developmental issues and low self-esteem.

Matina provides psychological therapy and counselling sessions to clients with a wide variety of mental health issues ranging from everyday difficulties and transitions in life (i.e. Low self esteem, divorce, redundancies, bullying, loss, moving countries etc) to more established diagnoses and chronic symptoms ( i.e. Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Personality Disorders etc).
Matina started working in the NHS in 2000 and completed a top up Doctorate degree at City University of London in 2006. She has more than 17 years experience in senior positions within the NHS and private organisations. She is trained in the application of several therapeutic models and specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and third wave CBT (e.g. mindfulness, acceptance commitment therapy).
She believes that peoples’ needs are very specific and cannot always be met by one therapeutic model. She would therefore always choose the best suited type of therapy according to their presenting problem and expectations from therapy in order to maximise their benefit.
She is involved in supervising trainees and qualified psychologists. She is an accredited member of British Psychological Society (BPS) and The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and abides by their code of conduct and ethics. She believes that the most important component in therapy is the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. This can enable people not only to overcome difficulties, dilemmas, symptoms and obstacles in life, but often empowers people to engage in a very positive journey of self knowledge, control and growth.

Simon worked in the NHS for over 30 years as a nurse, trainer, clinical researcher, clinical supervisor, clinician and clinical manager. He provided an integrative approach to assessments and ongoing counselling.
He is a sensitive and empathic therapist offering a non-judgemental approach to working with individuals, couples and families. He brings a wealth of clinical experience and evidence-based therapies to his practice. Simon sees people who are self-funding or accessing therapy through their healthcare provider. His core clinical training is humanistic, systemic and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT) with further pieces of training in cognitive analytic, mindfulness and ACT. Lauren has 15 years NHS experience working in busy primary care therapy teams. She is currently working in the Camden & Islington Personality Disorders service. She has specialised in treating adults with single or complex Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Body Image issues, Obsessions / Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Self-Harm, Mood Swings, Phobias, Panic Disorder, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Anxiety.

Elena is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and accredited with IPT UK. She is also a Supervisor on the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors.
Elena's therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Third Wave CBT approaches, such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Therapy. Elena has had over 20 years experience of working in primary care in the NHS, before going into private practice in 2019. During this time she has been helping people from all backgrounds with a wide variety of presentations, including depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, eating difficulties, work stress and self-esteem.
Elena is an accredited Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) practitioner. IPT is a NICE recommended approach for depression in the context of life changes, relationship disputes, loneliness, isolation, loss and bereavement. She is also an accredited IPT supervisor involved with the training and supervision of IPT practitioners in training.

Dr Rhea Williams works in the NHS & privately and has a diverse background in counselling and clinical psychology. Jennie completed her academic training at London Guildhall University and City University as well as Stockholm University (Sweden). In 2009 she completed a specialised training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Institute of Psychiatry, London. She also supervises other therapists.
Jennie has been offering assessment and psychological therapy to adult clients since 2002. She is skilled and experienced in the treatment and management of mood (depression) and the anxiety disorders including panic disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Though specialising in CBT, Jennie is also trained in other approaches and has experience of Person-Centred, short term psychodynamic and systemic family therapy as well as motivational interviewing (MI). She is an experienced group facilitator having developed and led various therapeutic groups. At present Jennie is involved in CBT group therapy for people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Sohila is a senior Chartered Counselling Psychologist with 25 years of experience working within adolescents, adult and older adult mental health services.
She has worked in many different settings, offering psychological intervention to individuals, couples, carers and families.
In her private practice, Sohila works with individuals presenting with mild to severe mental health difficulties, such as depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic disorder, psychosis, bipolar affective disorder, stress at work, relationship difficulties and bereavement and loss.

Dr Miriam Dookhun is a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist. She endeavours to practice integratively with an overarching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework incorporating psychodynamic and person-centred ideas among others, where appropriate. Keith Morgan MSc, BABCP (Accred), UKCP
Keith is a CBT therapist and Psychotherapist. He is also trained in EMDR and Mindfulness. Keith has an MSc in High Functioning Autism in Women.
His specialist skills and interests include working with high functioning autism, clients with eating disorders, emetophobia, generalised anxiety, social anxiety and depression. Keith also sees clients with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), phobias, ADD and ADHD, psychosexual anxieties, weight loss, panic and panic attacks.
Keith works Monday to Friday and some weekends between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm
